Hi all,
As you probably already know my name is Hany and if you read this, you must be just a regular guy like me looking for information and advice on how 2 get muscles. I did some research on this topic and now I am ready to share my experiences and advice on a muscle gaining program I choose among dozens of other programs offered by sports coaches and fitness at the same time online and offline.

My Story:

Be in sports video games since Middle School I never developed strong training habits because I'm not that guy who likes to spend countless hours in a gym. My college undergraduate studies were all about partying and there was little time and desire to train me. However, as time went on I became more interested in getting bigger muscles because I wanted to look good not only in dress, but also with my t-shirt.
When I started working I was the skinniest guy in the gym, I mean even some students have more muscle on 'em that I did and it was so embarrassing. I tried different programs and has worked with some personal trainers in order 2 gain muscle, but the results that I'm not completely satisfied. Or gain muscle mass was low and slow and I lost everything I gained very quickly once I started to reduce the workload. I had a nice course, in addition to my graduate studies, so I needed a program that would allow me to get ripped fast and with less time spent in training.
